Inspired by legends like The Notorious B.I.G., Kendrick Lamar, Future, Skepta, and Stormzy, Paque’s love for Hip Hop and Grime began after moving from Congo to the UK as a child. The genre’s raw energy sparked an early obsession, but it was Kanye West’s Graduation that opened his eyes to the intricate art of sound and arrangement. He began to hear music differently—textures, layers, and emotions—and as a teenager, he started pouring his own stories into words. Performing for classmates and peers, he discovered his superpower: the ability to grip an audience with every syllable and beat.

Over the years, that superpower has taken Paque to stages across the UK. The heat of the spotlight, the roar of the crowd, the pulse of the bass—he’s lived it all. He’s opened for some of the biggest names in Hip Hop and Grime, including Hopsin, The Game, AJ Tracey, and Lil Tjay. More than an opener, Paque has headlined shows across Scotland, packing venues with fans who know every word of his songs. The energy of those sold-out nights fuels him, pushing him to go even further.

In 2024, after a decade of relentless work, Paque achieved a personal milestone: collaborating with Rockie Fresh on his EP Don’t Over Think. He quickly followed it with Truth Be Told, whose lead single surpassed 50,000 streams, marking his biggest success yet. However, his music is more than milestones—it’s a reflection of his soul and his faith. Growing up Christian, his relationship with God is the foundation of his life, his lyrics, like prayers, are heartfelt and raw, speaking to both his struggles and triumphs.
